About Brad and His Training Method

Brad has been a personal fitness trainer since 1997.  He was the very first Body For Life Champion and was featured in the documentary Body of Work. 

Our Focused Fitness Protocols are based in the breakthrough exercise concepts, created by Arthur Jones, inventor of Nautilus and MedX equipment. Those concepts form the basis of High Intensity Training. Arguably, the most productive method of exercise ever created.

Our total conditioning concept when coupled with qualified and attentive supervision, will produce maximum results in minimum time, in as little as 15 to 20 minutes, two or three times a week.

Initially, those interested in becoming a client are scheduled for a private, FREE consultation to discuss his or her goals. Then, if they choose to, a FREE trial workout is performed, under the supervision of myself, Brad Wadlow.  This allows the potential client to experience the true values of our exercise procedures.

All client visits are by appointment only and each visit is supervised, one-on-one.
We offer several different membership prices, all of which are very competitive with Personal Training Facilities in the St Louis area. The sessions are purchased in groups of 5 sessions, 10 sessions, and 20 sessions. The more sessions one purchases, the lower the cost of each individual workout.
